As Drew was on the baseball field getting his pictures done, us on lookers watched a beautiful almost full moon rise!
I didn't take pictures of Drew during his pictures.....well because it must have been embarrassing enough having his Mom, Grandma, sister, uncle, and aunt watching!
Already it's Friday.....leaving day. =0(
Uncle Rob and his Charlie!
Uncle Rob and his dear ID niece & nephew!

Grandma was going to miss Bentley....
Finally goodbyes....they come so fast, goodbyes that is, but oh we were SOOO thankful for a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving with our dear Klassen's.
Rob, Mom, and me had safe travels as well as good flights on the way home. We thank the Lord for a WONDERFUL time. He brought everything together, keep us all feeling well, and gave us many "MEMORY MAKERS" along the way.

Dinner with the G's!

We had the LOVELY opportunity to have dinner with the Giesbrecht's in IDAHO while there. On Monday we took a little drive to Twin Falls for dinner. It just happened to be Miss Ella's 8th Birthday!
What a wonderful time is it was. Alan & Heather's family along with Jerry and Anita, we are truly blessed to have WONDERFUL friends!
Ella opening her presents!

Last time we had seen Mr. Levi he is was just 3 months old, that was at our wedding!

Beautiful sun
ps. These pictures were taken some time before September 15th, the picture of Rob mowing was the last time the ground was dry enough for a tractor. (today is Oct. 1st, it's raining as I type!)

Truckie...

It was a Friday. I was in town. I looked at my phone to see that Rob has sent me a text. "Hey Love, Hope you are doing fine. A tree fell on the truck."
Rob had been working at organizing things in the house when he heard a crash. He said it sounded like something fell over up stairs. So he went looking around inside the house. It wasn't until later when he needed a tool from the truck that he came outside to see this.....

There are so many amazing reasons to thank the Lord...
1. Right where all of these branches and logs are is where the car is usually parked.
2. I had just been sitting in the car 10 minutes before getting ready to go to town.

3. It was only 1 side of the Truck.

4. With a few Presidents faces on green paper Truckie is looking good!
Can you see me in the picture??

The BIG move to 42000 Sweet Spring Lane

THE PACKING!
Thankfully, about 3 days before the move day Mom & Maria flew in to help me pack! Rob was gone on a trip for 3 days during this time, it was great GIRL!

CLEANING....
it's amazing that even before you leave the one place there is cleaning & before you want to put anything away there is cleaning ARRRG!

Friday night:
Access was granted to us on Friday night so we started with cleaning!
Rob came home in the nick of time!
MOVING DAY (Saturday):
Of course the day was cloudy with showers every so often, the perfect day to move.

I was SO EXCITED I couldn't wait to get going.....
Thankfully, there was FUN moments!
"We need bungie's, oh WAIT we have CARRIE!!"
Welcome Dan!
You see to get anything up stairs that is big, like a dresser, there is a spot in the dining room where the floor can be take out. So Rob and Dan would get it started. One of them would run upstairs and pull as the other pushed, then the other one would run upstairs and they would finish the job. It was amazing!

Getting the bookself into the perfect spot!
A little rest for the weary......
The workers and the cheerleaders.
Day 3:
By Monday we were cleaned out completely of our first home and now it was time to organize our second.
MARIA of course was up for the job! She is the queen of organizing. Me, on the other hand, I wanted to curl up in a corner to take a nap.
By the end of the day on Monday we had the kitchen organized, Mom had cleaned the front windows spec and span, and we had our bed put together.
Without the help of Mom & Maria we would probably still be looking through boxes to make anything for dinner! Thank you both so much for coming.
On to the rest of the cabin..........
